Lets talk about your BODY...
Our bodies are designed to MOVE.
But sometimes, life gets in the way.
Believe me, I know! After having seven kids, I know how hard it can be to keep moving, especially as we get older. I let my fitness slide and started taking my body for granted.
Well, it started to let me know! When I stopped moving, I slowly gained weight and things started hurting —my feet hurt, my knees hurt and my hip started hurting. What was going on?? I blamed all sorts of things, but the truth was, it was because I stopped moving. How do I know? Well, once I started moving again (which wasn't easy at first, I admit), all of those things stopped hurting!
It took me three months, but it was SO WORTH IT!
I have never felt better! And best of all, I feel like myself again—strong and empowered...and happy!

I am not a big fan of before and after pics (because so much can be manipulated: angle, lighting, posture), but I am PROUD of this!
